Some fixed-rate plans may include an introductory price. If your plan includes one, your contract will specify the duration of the introductory period and list both the introductory and ongoing rates. These details can be found in your Terms of Service and/or Rate Plan Summary.
Please note that while your supply rate remains fixed under this type of plan, the delivery charges set by your local utility—responsible for delivering electricity to your home—may still vary.
